Can't Find Replacement Part
To be fair this is about the same engine except I have an 8 inch tine model. Used the tiller right after we got home. It worked fine for last summer. Stored it over the winter taking care it was cleaned for storage. Tried to start it this summer and couldn't get it going. Started to look for problems and found that the primer bulb was torn and fuel was leaking out of it. Looked through my manual and found that there is no part replacement chart. Got on the computer, found my model and they do... more
Pros: Easy To Use, Price, Easy To Store
Cons: Low Quality

Wanted A Light Powerful Tiller, Got A Piece Of Junk!
I bought this from the Home Depot for $200. Got it home, worked well for a month. Pull cord broke, so I investigated the warranty. Nearest repair shop for warranty work is over 90 miles one way! I ordered the part online and repaired it my self for $48. One year later primer bulb disintegrated. Again repaired my self for $6. One week later carburetor is failing. Lessons learned the Depot sells crap, will not stand behind their merchandise. Priceless.

Gonna buy a Husqvarna with Briggs... more
Pros: None
Cons: Low Quality, Unreliable, Durability, Expensive Scrap Metal

Junk
Used it 4 hrs last summer. Stored it, tried for 2 days straight to get it started. Nothing, fuel issues. Should have bought a Mantis. This thing was a waste of money . Don't but Powermate POS.
Pros: Light Weight, Price
Cons: Low Quality, Durability, Unreliable, Difficult To Use

Used One Time
Broke the thing out of the box. Used it for two hours, Worked fine. Place it in the Barn and brought it out about two months later and the darn thing wouldn't start. I thought I might have flooded it so I put it up and took it out this spring. Still wouldn't start. Found out the Carburetor was bad. $80.00 for a new one and Home Depot wouldn't take the thing back.
Don't bother to buy this piece of Junk.

Trans Tore Up First Use
First time use and trans locked up. Got as gift from kids, no receipt so I could not return it. Took unit apart and manufacturer used a brass gear driven by a steel worm gear..The steel worm gear has torn teeth out of the brass gear and the transmission is locked up tight. I've only found one place to get the trans and it's $94 plus shipping. The brass gear is not available for purchase. Very poor design. Would not recommend to anyone.
Pros: Easy To Use, Light Weight, Easy To Store, Not Much Fuel To Run
Cons: Low Quality, Unreliable, Durability, Trans Uses Brass Gearbad Idea
